All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We do not ship on holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.

Shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping may be available for orders meeting minimum purchase amount.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by your local customs authority. We are unable to predict or cover these additional charges.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for undeliverable parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:

Check your mailbox, front door, building lobby or ask neighbours
Contact your local postal courier
