General Terms

Welcome to martsgo. By browsing our website and purchasing handbags and accessories in our store, you fully read, accept and abide by all terms below. These terms bind both our store and all customers. If you disagree with any clauses, please stop using our shopping service.

1.Product Description

All products sold in our store are men’s and women’s bags, including tote bags, crossbody bags, backpacks, clutches and other styles. We try our best to ensure pictures, sizes and material descriptions are accurate. However, slight color differences caused by shooting light and display screens are normal and not deemed product defects. All bag sizes are manually measured with a normal error range of 1 to 3 centimeters.

2.Order & Payment Rules

  1. Order information cannot be modified arbitrarily after checkout. If you need to change shipping address, bag style or color, you must email customer service before shipment. No changes are allowed after parcels are dispatched.
  2. We support cross-border payment methods including PayPal. Shipment will only be arranged after full payment is confirmed.
  3. All listed prices are tax-inclusive final prices with no hidden charges.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to insufficient inventory. Full payment will be refunded to your original payment account once the order is canceled.

3.Shipping & Delivery Terms

  1. Handling time: Orders will be packed and shipped within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. International shipping takes 7-25 business days depending on destination country. Delivery delays may occur on holidays or during customs inspection.
  2. Customs duties: Any import tax and customs clearance fees charged by local customs shall be borne solely by buyers. Our store will not cover or reimburse tariffs.
  3. Buyers must fill in accurate shipping details. Loss or returned parcels caused by wrong addresses or unreachable phone numbers are the buyer’s responsibility.

4.Return & After-sales Policy

  1. Customers can apply for return or exchange within 15 calendar days after package receipt for factory defects such as stitching faults, broken hardware and fabric cracks. Clear photos and order number are required for review.
  2. You may return unused bags within 15 days if you dislike the item or the size does not fit. The buyer covers round-trip shipping fees. Returned goods must remain brand-new with intact tags. Worn, stained or damaged items are not eligible for return.
  3. Dented packaging during transit with intact bags is not eligible for compensation.

5.User Obligations

Buyers warrant all submitted names, addresses and contact details are authentic for personal use. Resale and malicious bulk ordering are prohibited. Any illegal transactions will result in order cancellation and account restriction.

6.Intellectual Property

All texts, product photos and website design content belong to martsgo. No copying or commercial use is allowed without written approval. We reserve all rights to pursue legal liabilities for infringement.

7.Term Updates

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated clauses take effect once published on this page. Continued website access and shopping means you accept the latest version.

8.Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be resolved via email negotiation at kanan@martsgo.com. All transactions are governed by commercial laws of Chinese mainland. Unresolved disputes will be settled through legal proceedings at our business location.
